JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Concierge Executive

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Role Purpose:

  • Resolve customer queries on calls and e-mails, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies
  • Co-ordinate with the relevant departments towards resolution of customers case Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Assisting HNI client with their request with an aim of providing best possible experience.
  • Processing bookings and making travel arrangements, hotel bookings & other additional on tour services.
  • Strong destination knowledge along with expertise in negotiating rates with suppliers.
  • Itinerary planning, product and brochure designing.
  • Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal operations team from first call to case closure
  • Should have experience in Voice & Chat Process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support and maintain relationship with customer. • Knowledgeable about Travel destinations, good at itinerary planning and adept at online software

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications
  • Good writing skills. Blogging or creative writing skills will be preferred. People who like to read as a hobby, including fiction and non-fiction will be preferred. Spoken Foreign Languages will be a bonus.
  • Good conversation skills. High level fluency in English, can speak well and has good grammar and punctuation. Good typing speed.

Qualification:

Full time- Minimum Graduation with top colleges is required

Experience: 6 months - 2 + years customer service/ referral specialist and/or International call center experience / Travel industry/ lifestyle services.
