Job Title:

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information related to products, services, billing, and support issues.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and update customer databases accordingly.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex queries to the relevant department.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the company.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts
and on
rotational week offs
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Freshers and undergraduates are
eligible and encouraged to apply
