Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers through phone, email, and chat. The role involves addressing customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills in English, proactive issue escalation, and effective relationship management. Additionally, the executive will maintain correspondence records and assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers through phone, email, and chat communications as well as address queries from walk-in customers.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English, maintaining clarity and effectiveness in all customer correspondence.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex matters to the appropriate support level or department as needed for timely resolution.
  • Perform follow-up communications with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Offer knowledgeable support regarding company products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through friendly and considerate engagement.
  • Maintain accurate registers of inward and outward correspondence in compliance with company procedures.
  • Execute additional duties or administrative tasks as assigned by management to support overall team objectives.

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, to handle administrative tasks and correspondence efficiently.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Remuneration:

  • Shall commensurate with skills, experience and market trends.
