The ideal candidate should have prior experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations , excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle client coordination effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day customer service operations for sea and air freight shipments . Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and internal departments for smooth cargo movement. Prepare and maintain shipment-related documentation and ensure timely updates to clients. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and provide regular status updates to customers. Support the sales and operations team with rate inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate data and records in internal systems. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry . Good understanding of sea and air export/import documentation and operational procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
