The Opportunity: The Voice of the Customer

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager who understands that in the B2B industrial sector, "service" is a strategic differentiator. You are not just answering phones; you are managing the lifecycle of our most critical relationships.

We are looking for a professional who understands the nuances of the packaging industry—someone who knows that a delayed shipment or a specification error isn't just a logistical issue, but a potential line-stoppage risk for the client. You will be the primary guardian of customer satisfaction, ensuring that Benz Packaging remains their most trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Retention: Proactively manage a portfolio of existing clients, monitoring account health, order frequency, and satisfaction levels to prevent churn and drive long-term loyalty.
• Technical Empathy: Act as the first line of resolution for technical queries regarding VCI applications, rust prevention, and packaging specifications (training provided, but industry intuition is required).
• South India Market Focus: Leverage your linguistic skills to build strong rapport and seamless communication with our extensive client base in South India.
• Operational Bridge: Serve as the critical link between the client and our internal Production, Quality, and Logistics teams. You will translate client urgency into internal action.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle escalations with poise and authority. You must have the maturity to turn a dissatisfied customer into a brand advocate through swift, solution-oriented problem solving.
• Order-to-Cash Oversight: oversee the order processing flow, ensuring documentation, dispatch schedules, and delivery commitments align perfectly with client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Account Management. Prior experience in the Packaging, Logistics, or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Linguistic Proficiency (Mandatory): You must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
• Note: Proficiency in Telugu is a significant advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Communication: sophisticated verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to draft professional emails and hold commanding conversations with client procurement and operations heads.
• Emotional Intelligence: High EQ with an ability to "read the room" and manage stress under pressure.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Odoo, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office (Excel) is expected.

Work Location Transition

• Phase 1 (First 3 Months): You will work from our Manesar Plant/HQ in

  hybrid mode

  to get hands-on training with our products, production processes, and logistics.
• Phase 2 (Month 4 Onwards): You will move to our corporate office on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurgaon.
