About the Role
Nazareth Enterprises specializes in handcrafted candles and home fragrance products. As a Customer Relations Manager, you are the cornerstone of customer delight and loyalty. Your responsibilities span managing customer inquiries, offering personalized guidance, overseeing order fulfillment, and ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints—from pre-sales to aftercare. You resolve concerns promptly and elevate customer experiences with sincerity and care. With a focus on building lasting relationships, you leverage CRM systems to track preferences, feedback, and order histories, helping drive repeat purchases and referrals. Working closely with the production and marketing teams, you ensure each client interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality, authenticity, and artisanal charm.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
● Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
● Provide product information, recommendations, and order updates.
Order Management
● Oversee order processing, shipping coordination, and delivery follow-ups.
● Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
After-Sales Support
● Address customer concerns, complaints, or returns professionally and promptly.
● Ensure complete customer satisfaction and resolution.
Relationship Building
● Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
● Follow up for feedback and encourage repeat purchases.
Customer Database Management
● Update and manage CRM tools with customer details and order history.
● Track preferences for personalized service and marketing.
Team Coordination
● Work with production, packaging, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
● Communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.
Sales Support
● Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
● Promote new products and seasonal offers to existing customers.

Compensation & Benefits
● Salary Range: ₹1,44,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
