Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Executive, your role will involve managing and optimizing customer relationship management systems to enhance customer engagement, improve client retention, and drive marketing and sales performance through effective CRM strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.). - Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and segmentation within the CRM. - Monitor and analyze customer behavior and engagement to develop targeted marketing strategies. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to streamline customer interactions. - Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs, campaign performance, and sales metrics. - Support campaign management including email marketing, lead nurturing, and follow-ups. - Identify opportunities for CRM process improvement and automation. - Train team members on CRM best practices and tools. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field. - 3 years of experience in a CRM-focused role (experience with specific CRM platforms is a plus). - Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and database segmentation. - Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
