Job Summary: As a Social Media Executive/Manager at our full-service 360° advertising agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media strategies across multiple platforms to promote our clients' brands, products, and services. You will collaborate closely with design, content, and strategy teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop monthly social media calendars for clients across industries. Propose and execute social media campaigns aligned with broader brand strategies. Analyze client briefs and offer tailored social media solutions. Content Development & Coordination: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ideate engaging posts (text, image, video, reels, etc.). Ensure timely delivery and scheduling of posts on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Manage influencers and creators for relevant brand partnerships. Community & Platform Management: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner. Monitor brand reputation and engage audiences in meaningful conversations. Manage paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube campaigns) with the performance marketing team. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.). Generate and present monthly reports with insights and action points. Suggest data-driven improvements to strategies and content formats. Trend Research: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, memes, challenges, and platform algorithm changes. Identify opportunities for clients to engage with trending topics or viral formats. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies. Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and other social tools. Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or collaboration with designers. Basic understanding of social media advertising and performance metrics. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred). Preferred Traits: Creative and proactive mindset. Ability to multitask and handle multiple brand accounts. Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
