Job Description

Key purpose of the job: Accountable for maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through customer management activities, will also be responsible for handling customer queries/complaints and retention.

Role Description:

Managing Client Relations during post sale stage
Managing customer expectations.
Responsible for addressing customer queries, concerns, suggestions, close loops with multiple departments, functions, areas until it is resolved
Update all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.
Ensuring complete accuracy and quality of letters, emails, any other correspondence sent to customers.
Ensuring timely collections of all billed amount from customers.
Attempting retention for all customers before final cancellation from system.
Resolving client grievances and obtaining feedback on the resolution provided
Making sure timely preparation of agreements for registration and coordination with the registration team.
Ensuring adherence to company’s policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
Responsible for giving possession to the customer after complete payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
