Job Description

Key purpose of the job: Accountable for maintaining high level of customer satisfaction through customer management activities, will also be responsible for handling customer queries/complaints and retention.

Role Description:

  • Managing Client Relations during post sale stage
  • Managing customer expectations.
  • Responsible for addressing customer queries, concerns, suggestions, close loops with multiple departments, functions, areas until it is resolved
  • Update all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.
  • Ensuring complete accuracy and quality of letters, emails, any other correspondence sent to customers.
  • Ensuring timely collections of all billed amount from customers.
  • Attempting retention for all customers before final cancellation from system.
  • Resolving client grievances and obtaining feedback on the resolution provided
  • Making sure timely preparation of agreements for registration and coordination with the registration team.
  • Ensuring adherence to company’s policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
  • Responsible for giving possession to the customer after complete payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
