Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Summary

The CRM Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategies that improve customer relationships, retention, and satisfaction. This role oversees CRM systems, analyzes customer data, and works with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data
• Develop customer engagement and retention strategies
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and customer outreach
• Segment customer data for targeted communication and personalization
• Monitor CRM performance and generate regular reports
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies
• Train staff on CRM tools and best practices
• Continuously improve CRM processes and workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis or digital marketing
• Knowledge of automation tools and customer journey mapping
• Project management experience
