Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As an e-commerce support representative at our company located in Shyamal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, participating in marketing calling campaigns, and assisting with logistics-related tasks. Your feedback management skills will be crucial in actively gathering and analyzing customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Support e-commerce activities and resolve customer queries efficiently - Build and maintain relationships with customers - Participate in marketing calling campaigns - Assist in logistics-related tasks - Actively gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement - Generate comprehensive reports to utilize valuable insights and implement data-driven strategies effectively Qualifications Required: - Fluent in English - Strong coordination skills - Expertise in Microsoft Excel In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to work full-time in day shifts from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, and preferably in the automobile industry. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.
