Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in our company, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the construction industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle by understanding client needs and implementing effective customer retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry, including contractors, developers, architects, and other stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project. - Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for service improvement. - Monitor customer satisfaction levels, address any issues proactively, and implement retention strategies for repeat business. - Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities by identifying leads and converting them into long-term clients. - Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution from briefing to completion. - Manage and update the CRM system to track client interactions, project progress, and sales activities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and enhance the company's visibility. - Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations, providing valuable input to improve service delivery. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A background in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus. - 2-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or a similar role. Experience in the construction industry is preferred. - Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, customer satisfaction strategies, and client management techniques. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills. Additional Details: The role may require occasional travel to project sites for client meetings or updates, depending on the project scope. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chennai.,
