Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Assamese Female Only)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and professionally driven female candidate between the ages of 25 to 36 years, to join our Business Development team as a Customer Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) such as OIL, ONGC, NHPC, SAIL, LIC, SBI, BPCL, HPCL, NTPC, POWERGRID, among others.

The role is headquartered in Guwahati but requires frequent official business travel (3–4 times per month) to client locations for meetings, business generation, and revenue growth activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for high-ranking officials and senior executives in PSU organizations.
• Drive business development efforts with a consultative, relationship-first approach.
• Make regular business trips (3–4 per month) across India to engage with clients, attend key meetings, and close deals.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of PSU structures, procurement processes, and strategic priorities.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and reports to leadership-level stakeholders.
• Maintain strong post-sale relationship management and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Identify new partnership and project opportunities across PSU sectors and follow through to conversion.

Candidate Profile:

• Gender: Female
• Age: 25–36 years
• Experience: Fresher or Minimum 3 years in client-facing, B2B, or institutional relationship management roles. Prior exposure to PSU dealings is highly preferred.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Guwahati.
• Languages: Assamese, Hindi and English

Preferred Background:

• Experience and exposure to sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Service and Hospitality, Hotel Industry, Financial Services, Event Management Services, or PSU Vendor Relations.
• Familiarity with public procurement norms, tendering processes, and institutional decision-making frameworks is preferred.

• Professional grooming, confident personality, and business etiquette.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Ability to navigate formal, protocol-driven environments with ease.
