Job Description

We're Hiring:

CRM Executive

Location:

CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CRM databases with 100% data accuracy and hygiene.
Use
Advanced Excel tools
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, etc.) for reporting and deep data analysis.
Analyze customer behavior and generate insights to boost customer experience and retention.
Collaborate with
Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
teams to implement CRM strategies.
Segment customer data for personalized campaigns and communications.
Build and monitor CRM dashboards and performance reports.
Support and help execute loyalty and customer engagement programs.
Drive process improvements within CRM operations and suggest enhancements.
Communicate effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
Assist or lead small-scale projects related to CRM system upgrades or implementations.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, IT
, or related field.
2+ years
of relevant experience in CRM, data analysis, or customer engagement roles.
Expertise in Advanced Excel
is a
must
.
Strong communication skills in
English
—both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with a solution-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
Exposure to CRM platforms like
Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot
, or similar is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Working knowledge of
SQL
or
Power BI
.
Understanding of
customer segmentation, digital marketing, and CRM automation
tools.
