As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist based in Sitapura, Jaipur, your primary responsibility will be to nurture and manage customer relationships effectively. This will involve analyzing customer data, devising strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, and handling various project management tasks. You will also be in charge of communicating with customers, utilizing CRM software, supporting sales teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of project-related responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales, along with fluency in English. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented and organized approach are key qualities that we are looking for. Furthermore, prior experience in project management and a background in the retail or fashion industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
