Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Sitapura, Jaipur. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Daily tasks will include communicating with customers, managing CRM software, supporting sales teams, and handling various project management responsibilities.

• Fluency in English
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Project Management experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
