Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer retention, enhancing customer experience, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, engaging with customers to understand their needs, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and supporting sales efforts.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and customer insights
Experience in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Experience
Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
Proven track record in Sales and customer interactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the HR industry is a plus
