Job Description

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat platforms.
  2. Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  4. Handle orders , applications , refunds , and exchanges as necessary.
  5. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems .
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns efficiently.
  7. Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their issues.
  8. Collect feedback and suggest service improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities .
  3. Patience and empathy when assisting customers.
  4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office .
  5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure .
  6. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Educational Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent ( Bachelors degree preferred ).
  2. Certifications in customer service or relevant training are advantageous.
Work Environment
  1. Office-based , call center , or remote setup depending on company policies.
  2. May require shift work , including weekends and holidays .
