Role & responsibilities

Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
Actively listen and understand customer needs to deliver accurate support.
Diagnose problems and offer practical solutions or escalate complex issues when needed.
Follow up to confirm satisfactory resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company offerings, policies, and technical processes.
Educate and guide customers in usage and best practices.
Log every interaction, transaction, complaint, and resolution in CRM or ticketing systems accurately.
Ensure data integrity for personalized and efficient service.
