Job Description

  • Role: Customer Service Executive
  • Eligibility: Freshers 12th pass or Graduate
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Shifts: Night Shifts (Both side cab)
  • Experience: Atleast 3 months of BPO voice process experience with documents
  • Salary- 30,000-35,000

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Follow up on customer issues or provide information

Provide accurate information about products and services, including troubleshooting and resolving issue

Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any remaining issues

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations

Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain service quality

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company changes and improve skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
