We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English (both
written and verbal) and a proven ability to manage, analyze, and optimize CRM systems to
strengthen customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
● CRM Strategy: Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer
engagement, loyalty, and retention.
● Data Management: Maintain and oversee CRM databases, ensuring accuracy,
consistency, and data integrity.
● Customer Segmentation: Identify and segment customer groups to support targeted
marketing and communication efforts.
● Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze CRM and marketing campaigns to
drive customer conversions and satisfaction.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer
service teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
● Sales Support: Provide actionable customer insights to the sales team and manage
lead tracking within the CRM system.
● Reporting & Analytics: Generate performance reports and analyze customer data to
support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
● Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management or a similar role
● Strong proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
● Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
● Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
● Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
