CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Email and CRM Delivery

• Build and load email templates in Customer.io.
• Manage email content uploads and updates in HubSpot and WP Engine.
• Apply email best practice (formatting, testing, accessibility, deliverability).
• Support QA across email journeys, automations and CRM campaigns.

Content and Platform Support

• Upload and update content across HubSpot, WordPress (via WP Engine) and Customer.io.
• Assist with formatting, linking, tagging and general content housekeeping.
• Support wider teams with small CMS admin tasks where needed.

Data and Reporting Support

• Import new data into the Arlo dashboard using Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Maintain shared dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Support data cleaning, exporting and formatting tasks.

Process and Ops

• Use or create simple tools and workflows to improve efficiency (eg. briefing templates, link checking).
• Provide light technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
• Communicate with the Arlo team and join client calls when needed.
• Light image editing for email or CRM purposes.

Required Skills

• Experience using CRM and email platforms, with Customer.io as a core requirement.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress (via WP Engine) for content uploading and basic setup.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio or other data visualisation tools.
• Confident working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with additional CRMs and email systems such as Klaviyo.
• Familiarity with broader marketing automation platforms.
• An interest in levelling up into more technical marketing operations over time.
