CRM Specialist

As a User Journey Designer for financial products, your role involves designing and implementing seamless user journeys to enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for driving awareness of product features through CRM campaigns and targeted communication. Your key responsibilities include tracking, measuring, and analyzing engagement and conversion metrics to optimize CRM performance. Additionally, you will continuously refine user journeys based on data-driven insights and A/B testing.
