Role Overview: We are looking for a Male candidate who can handle factory operations, client coordination, and on-ground sales activities. This is a multi-functional role that involves ensuring smooth order processing, managing client relationships, and visiting potential customers to grow business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Factory & Operations Management Oversee production flow and ensure packaging orders are processed on time. Coordinate between design, printing, and dispatch teams. Manage daily production targets. Client Coordination Communicate with existing clients regarding delivery schedules, production updates, and design approvals. Handle any issues or special requests from clients promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Sales & Business Development Visit potential clients (especially sweet, namkeen & bakery shops, and food manufacturers) to showcase products and samples. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Collect feedback, understand client needs, and suggest suitable packaging solutions. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination Supervise packaging dispatches and coordinate with transporters. Ensure timely delivery and maintain records of shipments. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily records of production, sales visits, client interactions, and deliveries. Share regular reports with the management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Male candidate only (due to factory and on-field responsibilities). 0–2 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or field sales (preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing ). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good command over Hindi and English . Confident, well-presented, and comfortable meeting new clients.
