Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Telecalling Executive who can handle IndiaMART inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist in generating new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound communication, convert leads into potential clients, and maintain strong coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management – Handle daily inquiries and messages from IndiaMART, respond promptly with accurate product details and quotations.
Telecalling & Follow-ups – Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain products, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Client Coordination – Share company profiles, product catalogs, and quotations; manage follow-up communication professionally.
Database Maintenance – Maintain records of client interactions, quotations, and order progress in Excel or CRM software.
Sales Support – Coordinate with sales managers and production teams to ensure smooth communication and order processing.
Reporting – Prepare daily and weekly reports of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0– 2 years of experience in telecalling, lead management, or inside sales.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IndiaMART portal (lead handling, follow-ups, and messaging).
  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
  • Good email writing and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM).
  • Prior experience in packaging, printing, FMCG, or B2B sales preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
