Telecaller (Sales) in Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi

Are you a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales? We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi, and help us convert leads into successful sales!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and effectively present our product/service.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through professional and friendly communication.
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups on warm leads and inquiries to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Reporting: Accurately record all call details, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product/service to answer customer queries effectively.
• What We're Looking For:
• Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and successfully close sales over the phone.
• Excellent Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus), with clear, persuasive, and professional verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in or around Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi, or willing to commute easily.
• Enthusiasm: A highly energetic, self-driven, and positive attitude.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar sales role is preferred.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience using a CRM system is a plus.
