*Role Overview:* The Branch Manager will lead the branch operations with expertise in Investment Management, Stock Broking, and Mutual Funds. The ideal candidate drives revenue growth, delivers client experiences, and manages HNI/UHNI, Retail, and Corporate Clients. *Key Responsibilities:*- Be the face of Anytime Invest, embodying client-centric values and empathy.- Sell and distribute financial products like Mutual Funds, Equities, Insurance, and other investments.- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain motivated financial professionals to meet organizational goals.- Increase Revenue and AUM by acquiring new HNI/UHNI, Retail, and Corporate Clients.- Responsible for Relationship Building & Management for Sales & Services of Anytime Invest Products.- Develop new relationships and ensure smooth branch operations within given guidelines.- Help clients achieve financial dreams by identifying solutions and implementing processes.- Manage investment portfolios and make people ready to meet their financial goals.*Desired Candidate Profile:*- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).- 3-5 years of experience in Investments, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, or related financial services.- Strong understanding of financial products and relationship management.- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing AUM.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Role Overview Develop and deliver effective training programs for employees, partners, and clients across stock markets, mutual funds, portfolio management, and wealth management. Ensure training aligns with business goals and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Create and execute training strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Design content on stock markets, mutual funds, investment strategies, and financial planning. Deliver training through workshops, webinars, and digital platforms. Use case studies and simulations to improve learning outcomes. Assess training needs and implement skill/domain certification programs. Track training effectiveness using performance metrics. Manage LMS, digital tools, and innovative training technologies. Conduct induction, refresher, and behavioral training. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies. Candidate Requirements 0–2 years' experience in stock broking, mutual funds, or wealth management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications like CFA, CFP, or NISM preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Good understanding of equity markets and financial products.
