Job Summary
Tapasya College of Commerce and Management is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to support student admissions. The role involves contacting prospective students, providing course information, scheduling counselling sessions, and maintaining follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead data
· Explain details about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process
· Answer inbound calls and resolve queries related to admissions
· Schedule appointments for campus visits and counselling sessions
· Follow up with interested candidates regularly to ensure conversion
· Maintain accurate call records and update student details in CRM
· Meet daily calling targets and monthly admission-related goals
· Coordinate with academic counsellors and admission team
· Maintain a polite, professional, and student-friendly communication approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
