Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Follow-upsGenerate leads through field visits, school visits, seminars, and tie-ups. Handle admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins. Maintain a daily follow-up tracker and ensure high conversion of leads to admissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students and parents. 2. School / Coaching Centre OutreachVisit schools regularly to conduct presentations, career guidance sessions, and awareness programs. Develop tie-ups with schools for student referrals. Maintain a database of school coordinators and ensure continuous engagement. 3. Branding & PromotionPlan and execute branding activities such as banners, pamphlet distribution, standees, and posters. Coordinate with the marketing team for digital promotions, social media campaigns, and college events. Ensure branch-level visibility materials are placed and maintained properly. 4. Events & CampaignsOrganize seminars, workshops, counselling sessions, and parent meetings to promote admissions. Support the execution of expos, fairs, roadshows, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate logistics and student volunteers during marketing events. 5. Market Research & ReportingCollect market insights about competitors, fee structures, programs, and trends in education. Provide weekly reports on outreach activities, lead status, conversions, and marketing effectiveness. Suggest new marketing strategies to increase admissions.
