Job Description: Relationship Manager Location: Madhapur,Chandanagar Department: Admissions / Student Relations Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with prospective students, parents, and academic partners. The role focuses on guiding students through the admission process, improving engagement, and ensuring a positive student experience. The RM acts as the face of the institution and plays a key role in achieving admissions and retention goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Student Counseling & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from students and parents. Understand academic interests and guide students on suitable courses and career paths. Build long-term relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction. 2. Admission & Enrollment SupportAssist students through the entire admission cycle—counseling, application, documentation, and enrollment. Explain program details, fee structures, scholarships, and policies. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding. 3. Lead Handling & ConversionManage leads from walk-ins, online platforms, referrals, and marketing activities. Maintain follow-up schedules and convert potential leads into admissions. Update CRM/MIS regularly with accurate lead and admission status. 4. Parent & Student EngagementConduct meetings, orientation sessions, and counseling events. Resolve queries and concerns of parents and students promptly. Ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. 5. Networking & CollaborationLiaise with schools, coaching centers, and external partners for tie-ups. Represent the college at education fairs, seminars, and events. Work with internal departments like academics, marketing, and administration. 6. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and inquiries. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions. Track feedback and escalate issues when necessary. 7. Compliance & Process AdherenceFollow admission procedures, data handling policies, and institutional guidelines. Ensure documentation authenticity and maintain records securely.
