Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The RM will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, driving property sales/leasing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the buying or renting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property site visits and coordinate with clients and developers/owners.
  • Manage leads from inquiry to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Handle negotiations, documentation, and post-sale support.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Update CRM tools and report progress to the sales head.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) for smooth transactions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property pricing, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate, financial services, or B2C/B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with local property markets and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate (residential/commercial).
  • Fluency in English and [Local Language].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
