The Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, identify client needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, resolving queries, providing product knowledge, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance services.
