Role Description

Bajaj Life is seeking a dedicated and motivated Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Haridwar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions. Core responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting client meetings, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional after-sales service. The individual will represent Bajaj Life’s commitment to customer-centricity and ensure client satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management skills, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales acumen, negotiation, and persuasion skills to achieve business targets
• Knowledge of life insurance products, financial planning, and wealth management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and preferences
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
• Relevant experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
