Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Madhapur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 2-15 Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in alignment with company offerings.
Manage a portfolio of key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Conduct regular follow-ups, business reviews, and meetings (virtual or in-person).
Resolve client issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM systems.
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for client retention, revenue, and satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
