Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Print & Packaging

Location: Bawana, Delhi

Experience:

2–5 years (Print / Packaging / Production background preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships in the print and packaging domain. The role involves coordinating between clients, design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from enquiry to final delivery
• Understand client requirements related to packaging, print materials, finishes, quantities, and timelines
• Coordinate with design, pre-press, production, and logistics teams for smooth execution
• Prepare and share quotations, timelines, samples, and job updates
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, brand guidelines, and print specifications
• Handle client feedback, revisions, and post-delivery concerns efficiently
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling
• Maintain accurate job sheets, client records, and order status reports
• Follow up on payments, approvals, and pending deliverables
• Stay updated on new printing techniques, materials, and packaging trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field
• Strong understanding of print processes, packaging materials, and finishing techniques
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and quality orientation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in offset, digital printing, corrugation, labels, or rigid/flexible packaging
• Knowledge of costing, estimation, and production workflows
• Existing client network in FMCG, retail, or corporate sectors (a plus)
