Role Overview

The CRM Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and

loyalty by supporting the CRM Manager in implementing customer engagement strategies,

maintaining data integrity, and streamlining processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in designing and executing CRM strategies to improve customer retention and

overall experience.

 Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring accuracy and data consistency.

 Understand the complete customer engagement cycle, sales process, and associated

documentation to ensure timely task completion as per company standards.

 Utilize tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM software effectively while being

adaptable to new technologies and systems.

 Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align CRM initiatives

with business goals.

 Analyze customer data to generate insights and identify opportunities for process

improvement.

 Track CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

 Contribute to the development and training of CRM Associates to ensure adherence to

processes and service excellence.

Requirements

 Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM or customer service functions, preferably

in the real estate industry.

 Proficiency in CRM tools and database management systems.

 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

 Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹8,872.79 - ₹39,026.09 per month
