Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Customer Support (Voice Process)

Job Description :

• Handle 100% inbound voice calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and service-related requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance services and policies as per guidelines.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support on every call.
• Maintain proper documentation and update customer details in the system.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in Hindi and English.
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and call quality parameters.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve service goals.
• Manage call volumes effectively while maintaining service quality standards.
• Demonstrate a customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Mandatory)
• Hindi & English communication skills required
• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
• Insurance or BPO experience is an added advantage

Salary Package:

• Freshers: Up to ₹2.5 LPA
• Experienced: Up to ₹4.0 LPA

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
