Roles and Responsbilites: Customer Interaction : Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats to address customer queries, complaints, and policy-related concerns. Policy Assistance : Provide detailed information about insurance policies, premium payments, renewals, and claim procedures. Issue Resolution : Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction. Documentation : Maintain proper records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Claim Support : Assist customers with the claim filing process, including documentation and follow-up. Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities to promote or upsell insurance products based on customer needs. Compliance : Ensure all customer interactions are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Feedback Handling : Collect and escalate customer feedback to improve service delivery and operational processes. CRM Usage : Effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to log and track customer queries. Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.
