Management Information System Executive -Hindi (BPO)

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain MIS reports using advanced Excel functions Prepare PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for internal reviews Perform KRI (Key Risk Indicator) calculations Generate and submit monthly regulatory and operational reports Create and monitor daily work allocation sheets Ensure timely delivery of month-end reports to stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reports Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any stream) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO sector with a focus on MIS/reporting Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi Key Skills: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) PowerPoint Presentations Data Analysis & Reporting KRI Calculations Regulatory Compliance Reporting Time Management & Accuracy Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Location Preference: Candidates must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
