Job Description

As a CRM Executive, your role involves managing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner - Updating and maintaining customer records accurately in the CRM system - Coordinating with sales, production, and logistics teams for smooth order processing - Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met - Preparing daily and monthly CRM reports as required by management - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality - Identifying customer needs and escalating issues to the concerned department when required - Supporting sales and management teams with customer-related data and insights To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer relationship management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries, follow-ups, and complaints effectively. Additionally, experience with CRM software and MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Email will be beneficial. Data entry and record maintenance accuracy, coordination with internal teams, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills, time management, and multitasking abilities are also important qualities for this position. A professional attitude with a customer-focused approach, as well as a basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle, will contribute to your success in this role.
