Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a CRM-SIB in Bupa, with a strong background in Medical Services or Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve complaints and concerns.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the Medical Services or Hospital industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze customer data and feedback.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
Experience working with CRM software and systems is an asset.
