Job Description

Job Title: CRM Manager
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Reporting To: Head of Sales / Director – Customer Experience

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven CRM Manager to lead customer relationship strategies across the real estate lifecycle—from inquiry to post-possession. This role is central to enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing communication, and driving repeat and referral business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey using CRM tools—from lead capture to post-sale engagement
  • Ensure timely and personalized communication with prospects and buyers via email, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, preferences, and interaction history
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and site teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer updates
  • Track and report on lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and service metrics
  • Implement automation workflows for follow-ups, reminders, and feedback collection
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalation management with empathy and efficiency
  • Support loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and post-possession engagement initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or financial services
  • Strong command of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or real estate-specific tools)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer data and behavior
  • Experience in managing large customer databases and segmentation strategies
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation workflows
  • Experience in multilingual customer communication (Marathi, Hindi, English)
  • Exposure to customer journey mapping and CX design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
