CRM Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Viral Pitch, your role will involve responding to inbound communications from influencers through both emails (70%) and phone calls (30%). You will be responsible for resolving queries, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, collaborating with other teams, tracking influencer campaigns, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. Occasionally, you will make outbound calls to influencers for follow-ups or additional support. Your proactive approach in identifying common concerns and suggesting improvements will be crucial in streamlining processes and delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to all inbound emails and calls from influencers in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve influencer queries, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with other teams. - Track and monitor influencer campaigns, providing updates and ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Proactively identify common concerns, suggest improvements, and occasionally make outbound calls to influencers. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Proven experience in customer service, CRM, or influencer marketing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM systems and other communication tools, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
