Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing function and drive brand strategy, digital & offline campaigns, customer acquisition, and project launches. This is a senior leadership position for a strategic marketer with strong experience in real estate or related sectors. Key Responsibilities: · Define and execute marketing strategy for all projects and the company brand. · Plan and implement 360° marketing campaigns for project launches. · Drive digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media). · Manage offline marketing campaigns, including print, hoardings, events, and expos. · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide marketing decisions. · Lead and mentor a high-performance marketing team. · Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendor relationships. · Collaborate with sales, design, and CRM teams for alignment on business goals. Candidate Requirements: · 10–15 years of marketing experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role. · Real estate industry experience is mandatory , preferably in plotted/residential projects. · Proven track record in digital and offline marketing, brand building, and lead generation. · Experience managing teams, budgets, and external agencies. · Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills. · Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a strong advantage. Education: · MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred. · Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
