Job Description

🛠️ Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Data Entry & CRM ManagementAccurately record and update leads, orders, and communications in the CRM system. Track customer interactions across channels and maintain clean, organized data. Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead conversions, B2C and B2B sales performance. 2. Customer Support (Omnichannel)Respond promptly to email, website chat, and phone queries. Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, customization, and shipping (15–18 days production, 4–5 days shipping) thedripcorugs.in. Maintain high customer satisfaction by following up until resolution. 3. WhatsApp & Instagram ManagementActively monitor and respond to WhatsApp messages and Instagram DMs. Assist customers with product discovery—custom designs, size variants, care instructions (vacuum, rotate, protect from furniture) Initiate order placements, follow-up for clarifications, and support WhatsApp–based sales. 4. B2B Sales Support & CoordinationSource and manage B2B inquiries (corporate gifting, bulk purchases, events). Coordinate quotes, samples, and timely follow-up; escalate as needed. Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure smooth bulk order fulfillment. 5. Data-Driven Insights & Process ImprovementMonitor CRM metrics: response times, conversion rates, repeat purchase rates. Suggest automation in workflows (e.g., chat templates, follow-up triggers). Propose enhancements to customer outreach, personalization, upsell, and cross-sell. 6. Team CollaborationWork closely with marketing to align CRM outreach with promotions (e.g., 10% off first order, 15% off 6500+) thedripcorugs.in. Coordinate with design and production for showcasing new collections and custom orders. Liaise with logistics to update customers on shipping, returns, and quality control. 🎓 Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. 1 years’ experience in CRM, customer support, or sales operations.
