CRM Executive

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor customer communication campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages).
• Segment customer databases to target specific groups with relevant and personalized content.
• A/B test campaigns to optimize for engagement, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.

CRM Platform Management:

• Manage and maintain the company's CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM by regularly cleaning and updating customer information.
• Create and manage automation workflows to streamline customer journeys and lifecycle communications.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations for future strategies.
• Track key CRM metrics such as customer retention rates, churn rates, lifetime value (LTV), and repeat purchase rates.
• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and customer behavior to the management team.

Customer Journey & Lifecycle Management:

• Map out and optimize different stages of the customer journey, from onboarding to retention and re-engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience.

Content & Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging and effective copy and visuals for CRM campaigns.
• Ensure all communications are on-brand and aligned with marketing goals.
