Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses.
Lead & Data Management: Nurture leads, make follow-up calls, manage data within the CRM system, and update customer profiles.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
Strategy & Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, provide reports, and implement customer retention and growth strategies (upselling/cross-selling).
Campaign Execution: Support and execute marketing campaigns, track results, and provide insights to management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or CRM software.
Software: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Education: Often a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, though experience is key.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
