CRM Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric CRM Executive to join our growing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in calling, BPO, or customer support,sales with proven sales skills and the ability to drive customer engagement. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and excellent communication skills are a must. Prior experience in handling D2C processes, e-commerce platforms, or order management systems will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Handle order tracking, and issue resolution for D2C customers.
• Provide after-sales support, ensuring smooth customer experiences and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Generate and analyze customer reports using MS Excel to track trends, complaints, and engagement levels.
• Support digital marketing and sales teams by handling customer queries from social media, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.
• Managment whatsapp Marketing.
• Assist in developing and improving customer engagement processes for a seamless D2C experience.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, calling, BPO, or CRM roles, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce setup.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to drive conversions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in handling D2C order management, returns, and logistics coordination is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle customer grievances professionally.
• A proactive approach to customer engagement, retention, and brand-building.
