Job Description

HIRING FOR A CRM EXECUTIVE FOR NOIDA SECTOR 18 LOCATION SALARY UPTO RS. 60,000 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. 2–4 years of experience working with Zoho CRM, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, lead pipelines, site visit management, and booking documentation. Knowledge of Zoho automation tools. Excel/Google Sheets skills and understanding of CRM reports and dashboards. Good knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, and data migration is a plus. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Zoho CRM for residential, commercial, and leasing operations. Create and manage custom modules, workflows, Blueprints, and automation for real estate processes (e.g., lead-to-site visit, booking, documentation). Ensure accurate and timely data flow between Zoho CRM and real estate ERP systems. Track and report on lead stages, follow-ups, client communication, property inquiries, and bookings. Manage lead assignments, agent-wise tracking, and MIS reporting for site visits, closures, and client status. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-up strategies.
