Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
